St. Senan’s U12 Football panel who won Division 5A & 5B of the County Leagues.

ST.SENANS
Congratulations to St Senans U12’s who won Division 5A and 5B titles of the Co League on Sunday 24th June. This is a great achievement for the panel with both teams providing entertaining and competitive football each week.
The first match saw both teams overcome a physical Ballyheigue team before beating a very strong Ardfert side in action packed games which were end to end. Rd 3 saw victory away from home to local rivals Finuge. Keel (away) were next up and this was the match that every player showed their full potential. From the throw in Senans dominated proceedings in both games and played some breathtaking football with both teams winning convincingly. This is even more impressive considering Keel had previously beaten the A team in Mountcoal. The league title was confirmed with victory in the final game against Brosna, with both teams unbeaten throughout the phase. The B’s are unbeaten this year in both phases, a tremendous achievement and this will give a great platform for next season.
The panel now look forward to the North Kerry League with optimism with an additional bonus of a blitz in both Fitzgerald stadium and Croke Park to look forward to before the end of the year.
