UNDER 8s HURLING BLITZ
The Crotta hurling club will participate in the under 8 hurling blitz, this Thursday 31st May and Thursday 7th June at the sports field, Ardfert at 6.30p.m. All North Kerry hurling clubs will be present. Maurice Leahy will co ordinate the games, Training for Crotta U-06,U-08 and U-10 will take place on Wednesday evening 30th May at 7.00 p.m. at the sports field, Dromakee, Kilflynn.

SCRAP METAL
Due to the fantastic response to the Crotta fundraising “Free Scrap Metal Collection” has been decided to extend it further. You can now avail of this free service. Help clean up your environment, and at no cost to you. What we want: All types of metal i.e. cars, farm machinery, lead acid car/tractor/motorbike batteries etc, galvanise sheeting, gates, barrows, barrels, buckets, cattle troughs, old tanks, scrap electric cables, copper, lead, aluminium, stainless steel, bikes, motorbikes, old trailers, water pumps, electric motors, wheels, solid fuel stoves, cast iron bath’s etc, even the kitchen sink! It is as simple as this. “If it’s metal and you don’t want it, we want it” . SENIOR HURLERS
The Crotta Senior hurlers play Kilmoyley at the sports field, Dromakee on Thursday 31st May at 7.30 p.m. in the County Senior hurling League Division 1.

CROTTA LOTTO RESULTS
The four numbers picked out of the drum by Independent Observer, Mary Leen, Clounametig Abbeydorney for the weekly Crotta Hurling Club Lotto draw were: 2,3,26 and 27 at Herbert’s Bar, Kilflynn , on Monday 28th May, with a Jackpot of 7,100. However no one came up with the correct combination of numbers and the Jackpot survived for another week. The Lucky dip prizes winner each receives €35: Jim Doody, Upper Tullig, Kilflynn, Joe Byrne, Kilflynn Post Office and T.J Moloney, Cappa, Kilflynn. The next draw will take place in Parker‘s Pub, Kilflynn on Monday night 4th June with a Jackpot of 7,200.
